GTM Ops Manager
We’re excited for our first GTM Ops Manager EMEA to design and build our sales engine. This is a new and unique role. We’re looking for a strong generalist who will pursue every opportunity to improve sales efficiency while supporting the local team day to day. Sometimes that will mean tackling the small stuff that really matters: closing tickets out to ensure sellers can work effectively, answering comp and deal questions, etc. And sometimes it will mean partnering with regional leadership on account strategy, territories, book carving, etc.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure all GTM functions (Marketing, Sales, CX, etc.) in EMEA are working together to scale the region and are unblocked from all processes, systems, and operational log jams. For example, you’ll ensure that community and sales are executing well together in the region to reach our goals
