Growth Marketing Specialist/-Lead

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist/Lead to join our Marketing and Communications team and help build a more AI-enabled, data-driven and efficient way of working. This role is for someone who can turn AI, automation, data and commercial insight into practical improvements that help us prioritize better, reduce manual work and increase marketing impact through smarter use of resources. The focus is on developing scalable ways of working that support sales, improve pipeline visibility and create measurable business value. The final title will depend on the selected candidate's experience and expertise.

In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to identify target accounts, use AI-assisted analysis and data from HubSpot and MS Dynamics to guide prioritization, and develop account-based approaches that focus effort where it has the highest commercial relevance.
