At Ryz Labs, we're looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, with a strong focus on experimentation, performance optimization, and scalable growth strategies.
You'll own the full growth funnel, identify new opportunities, run experiments, and turn insights into measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel using data and experimentation
Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments across channels
Manage and optimize paid, organic, and owned channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, lifecycle, social, partnerships)
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Design teams
