Growth Lead: Acquisitions & Performance Marketing (UAE/KSA)

Mumzworld is seeking a commercially driven Performance Marketing leader to scale new customer growth across UAE and KSA. You will own prospecting strategy across channels, disciplined retargeting, and drive acquisition efficiency with data-driven trade‑offs.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and optimizing CAC and payback. You will oversee tracking accuracy and attribution, run incrementality tests, and align paid media with overall business performance.
