Growth‑Driven Customer Success Manager

Optmyzr is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to own a set of accounts, drive product adoption, renewal and expansion across a growing SaaS portfolio in a fast-paced startup. You will monitor account health, act early on churn risk, build strong relationships across multiple channels, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape features.

Onboarding, training, and regular check-ins help customers stay current with new releases.
