Gpac is working with a growing accounting and advisory firm in Madison, IN. They are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Firm Administrator/Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and scale their growing accounting firm. They are focused on delivering high-quality client services while building a scalable, efficient, technology-enabled, and team-oriented organization.

Firm Administrator/COO:

• Will serve as a key operational leader and strategic partner to the Partner group consisting of three partners.
• Oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, workflow management, team accountability, human resources, client service processes, staffing coordination, technology initiatives, and operational systems.
