The Group Rooms Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of the Group Sales department. Often the first point of contact for clients, this position is essential in setting the tone for seamless and professional experience. The coordinator manages group reservations and rooming lists, ensures accurate billing processes and provides a high level of communication across departments to support flawless execution of meetings and events.
