You will be responsible for one of our production areas, where we manufacture components for blade assembly, as well as perform grinding, repair, painting, and blade weighing prior to shipment.
You will lead a team of approximately – hourly-paid production employees. In close cooperation with the Production Manager and fellow Group Leads, you will ensure that production is delivered safely, with the right quality, and in accordance with the delivery plan.
