Job Description  
Take ownership of the structured finance and syndication franchise and drive its next phase of growth 
Define and lead the syndication and distribution strategy of the institution. 
Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team across Geneva and Zurich 
Ensure a smooth leadership transition while maintaining team cohesion and strategic clarity 
Manage and take full ownership of the existing portfolio of structured finance and syndicated transactions 
Drive business development by originating new financing opportunities and strengthening relationships with banks 
Expand distribution to insurers and non-bank investors and position the team in the Swiss structured finance market 
Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, including structuring, pricing, legal, and financial aspects
