Job Description

As Group ESG/Sustainability Specialist, you help translate our Lotus Bakeries sustainability ambitions into concrete actions. You are the project lead of initiatives that fit within our Road to Net Zero and our Sustainable Sourcing. You will work closely with the international teams across the organization to drive progress on sustainability metrics.

Reporting to the Group Director ESG, your responsibilities include:


  • Contribute to Lotus Bakeries’ decarbonization roadmap by mapping suppliers based on emissions and climate maturity and engage with them to drive progress on our carbon reduction.

  • Manage Lotus Bakeries’ ESG ratings such as EcoVadis and improve our ratings through structured analyses, gap assessments and recommendations on how to move forward.

  • Act as the ESG expert to develop and maintain an LLM sustainability knowledge hub. This hub will allow our teams to be on top of customer and stakeholder questions, by providing accurate resp...
