About the Role

As part of the Group's next growth phase and IPO readiness journey, we are strengthening our Group Corporate Affairs and Governance coordination function.

We are seeking a Group Corporate Affairs & IPO Coordination Coordinator to support senior management and work closely with appointed consultants, while coordinating Group-level stakeholder communications, documentation, and governance activities across subsidiaries.

This role goes beyond traditional corporate communications support and focuses on coordination, documentation discipline, and stakeholder interface at Group level.

Key ResponsibilitiesIPO & External Advisor Coordination

• Serve as a coordination and liaison point between the Group and IPO consultants, auditors, legal advisors, bankers, and regulators
• Coordinate and track IPO-related documentation, submissions, and deliverables
