Job Description
Compass is seeking a Groundskeeper committed to preserving the aesthetics and safety of our communities across Canada. This hands-on role includes outdoor maintenance and engaging with residents’ needs effectively.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include cleaning common areas, conducting general groundskeeping duties such as mowing and pruning, and responding promptly to maintenance requests. This full-time position is critical for ensuring properties remain welcoming and functional, contributing to overall resident satisfaction and community experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and report site issues to management
• Clean and maintain common areas and vacant lots
• Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Execute snow removal and salting operations
• Communicate notices to residents as needed
Requirements:
• Relevant experience of at least 1 year
