Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and/or Property Manager, the Groundskeepers role helps keep the property clean, safe, and running smoothly by handling outdoor maintenance, minor repairs, resident requests and supporting day-to-day community operations.
This position will be full only site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Community Manager and/or Maintenance Manager by appropriate methods to resolve site issues and report all issues in a timely manner;
