Overview

The Groundskeeper and Maintenance Helper is responsible for performing required maintenance of the building, equipment and grounds, including assigned preventive maintenance duties on equipment, completing ongoing work requisitions and other related functions. This person maintains outdoor spaces that are appealing, beautiful and safe and provides service to all Actionmarguerite sites and applicable service contracts.

• Perform maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds; complete preventative maintenance duties on equipment; respond to ongoing work requisitions and related tasks.
• Maintain outdoor spaces that are safe, attractive and functional.
• Provide service to all Actionmarguerite sites and applicable service contracts.
