GROUNDS/LAND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
SUMMARY:
The Grounds Maintenance Technician will perform general grounds and landscape maintenance duties, as well as residential renovation/maintenance work, in support of the Land Management Team. This includes driving to multiple properties using a company vehicle. This position will help ensure properties remain secure and well-maintained, clean and presentable, aligned with Tarragon's high standards and image.
SCHEDULE:
Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required throughout the year at the Manager's discretion based on business needs.
