Grounds Maintenance Crew Lead

Is responsible for managing, directing and coaching the crew. They will be the first point of contact for the customer and associates, ensuring their health and safety are priority and the quality of work is up to standards.

$24 – 28 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee training.
• Establish weekly maintenance schedules for clients.
• Ensure job sites, vehicles, tools, and equipment are safe for associates.
• Manage client relationships.
• Coach staff on how to safely and properly use equipment, machines, and tools.
• Communicate expectations, with clients as well as staff.
• Follow up with customers to ensure quality of work was completed.
• Make recommendations to staff or clients using your expertise.
• Assist with the day-to-day functions and tasks.
