Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of groundcare machinery.
- Provide on site service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers to explain the service process and ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Health and Safety standards and company policies.
- Keep accurate service records and reports of work completed.
