The ideal candidate will supervise personnel, production management, and planning. Help hire, develop, and support the sales team in achieving goals and maximizing sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations, ensuring a clean organized and well-stocked sales area.
- Hire associates, production and greenhouse labor, sales team and office support.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to provide outstanding customer service.
- Receive, inspect, display, water, and maintain healthy, high-quality plant inventory.
