About the role:

You will lead the development and delivery of high-quality green skills provision, including the design and implementation of industry-focused bootcamp training programmes aligned to current and emerging sustainability and net-zero priorities.The role will ensure programmes meet employer needs, funding requirements, and awarding body standards.

The Green Skills Manager will also take responsibility for teaching, assessing, and supporting Property Maintenance Operative apprentices, ensuring learners make excellent progress, achieve successfully, and develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for employment within the construction and built environment sector.
