Responsibilities
- Prepare product manuals daily as required for upcoming shipments.
- Coordinate internal correspondence by relaying information/requirements to the appropriate team member.
- Prepare product literature requests by following up with R&D for approval to release required documentation.
- Prepare annual marketing budget by working with industry publications to secure advertising space and cost.
- Follow up to ensure all open & pending marketing initiatives are on track to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and print business cards, certificates, name tags and other materials as required.
- General administrative duties such as printing, distribution of signage, ordering office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
