Responsibilities
- Able to create visual and motion designs that align with creative direction for Customer Service needs
- Able to develop and execute visual designs, icons, stickers, and other creative elements to enhance our Customer Service department.
- Actively collaborate with team members to prepare detailed design concepts as needed
- Ensure all final designs are high quality and visually appealing.
- This role will be specifically designated for Customer Service Department.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design/Multimedia/Creative Arts, or a related fields
- Having 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, creative content production, or a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with digital content creation, social media design, and current visual trends
