Position Overview

This Grain Operations Coordinator role supports the coordination of daily facility operations and order flow within a fast‑paced agricultural environment, while also performing hands‑on operational tasks across the site. Responsibilities include loading rail cars, managing grain flow and bin operations, performing grain grading, and supporting logistics through scheduling trucks and coordinating rail shipments. The role works closely with internal teams, growers, and customers to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of contracts and shipments.
