Workload is currently exceptionally busy and the time and structure is now right for their next graduate to join and be given appropriate support. The practice plans to be around 10 staff in the next few years.
The Director is MIStructE qualified, very personable and experienced at mentoring for Chartership. He was been part of a reputable London practice for 10 years, where he was their first employee himself but branched out to build his own brand, starting this practice in early 2024.
The role would suit a high calibre graduate structural engineer with 6 months to a year of buildings design experience. Ability to use revit would be advantageous. You must be keen for development and career growth, an exceptionall...
