Are you a Graduate or Trainee Quantity Surveyor looking for a role Do you have the skills to provide cost forecasts and costs controls and general QS services to a range of customer programmes Are you a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking for a role where you can develop your skills and work closely with Directors and team members
Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Trainee QS to support the cost forecast and cost control or various development, refurbishment and retrofit programmes across their customer base.
As the ideal candidate you will be a Graduate QS or have trained in a QS , Cost or Construction Management team. You will be happy being office based in Cannock and get out to UK based customer sites.

Production of cost forecasts to support acquisition and feasibility reports
Production of specifications for Landlords dilapidations, repairs and ena...
