Graduate Learning Support Assistant
Could you provide the steady support some students need to feel more settled and successful in school? Are you looking for meaningful secondary SEN experience before moving into educational or clinical psychology?
*** Graduate Learning Support Assistant
*** £85 - £101 per day
*** Academic Year - September 2026 to July 2027
*** “Good” secondary school, Wolverhampton
*** 1:1 and small group SEN support – Autism, ADHD, EBD
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional needs across the school day. You will help pupils manage routines, stay engaged in lessons, regulate behaviour, build confidence, and access learning more successfully, while working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support progress. The SEND Code of Practice remains the core statutory guidance for identifying need, putting support in place, and reviewing its impact in schools.
