We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team of high‑performing, passionate professionals. You will be at the heart of Agilent’s customer experience—delivering service excellence that sets us apart in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced Agilent instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems, and more).
• Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance.
• Advising clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
• Be involved in complex, multimillion‑dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments.
• Provide application‑level support and training to customers (long‑term).
