About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Graduate Engineer to join our Civil Construction team. This entry-level role provides hands‑on experience supporting civil projects across planning, design, construction support and quality assurance. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers and project teams to deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of design drawings, calculations and technical reports for civil infrastructure projects, including roading, drainage and earthworks.
• Support site-based activities by attending project sites, carrying out inspections, monitoring work quality and preparing site records.
• Contribute to producing and reviewing construction specifications, tender documents and quantity take-offs.
