Responsibilities

As a Graduate, you will engage in client interviews, workshops, and training sessions, develop deliverables, and present recommendations to stakeholders nationwide across diverse industries.

Typical day activities include:

• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision‑making processes; using data analytics to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements.
• Interviewing key stakeholders within the client organisation to gather insights and understand their needs, challenges, and expectations related to transformation initiatives.
• Supporting clients to navigate change and bring meaning into people’s work across a wide range of industries.
