Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Conduct on-farm sales meetings to understand prospect needs and communicate Halter’s technology benefits.
• Manage and assist with events and open days across the North Island.
• Build and grow a pipeline of quality farms, managing leads through screening and qualifying stages.
• Network to build and leverage industry relationships to establish and maintain Halter’s brand.
• Work with the Business Development Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate on growth initiatives to optimize and evolve the sales process for efficiency and scalability.
• Support the South Island team’s expansion by equipping farms with Halter technology.
