**Need to have**
- M.Sc. (or equivalent) in Petrophysics, Geoscience, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline, graduating .
- Strong numerical and analytical foundation, with understanding of rock and fluid physics.
- Solid data-handling skills and comfort working with technical/scientific software.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good academic results.
