GPS Technician

Job Summary

Responsible for the installation and repair of GPS Fleet Tracking Units /Telematics Equipment into customer vehicles of all types.

Major Responsibilities

• Managing the GPS units’ installations / Removals / Transfers and ensuring a proper functionality of the unit by coordinating with the customer support agent.
• Making sure that the vehicle is left in the same condition it was at the handover.
• Getting restricted by the schedules set by the customer support agents and making sure to be present at the customer location on time.
• Making sure to use only the tools that are approved by the technical supervisor.
• Ensuring the tools and all the company assets are kept in good working condition.
• Always report to the technical supervisor in case of any damage or loss to any tool or asset.
• SamTech uniform cleanliness has to be maintained.
