  • This hospital provides emergency, inpatient, outpatient, pharmacy and X-ray services and is supported by visiting allied health, primary health, mental health and Specialist clinics and is a 18 bed facility
  • The town is located in the heart of Queensland's outback, 900 km northwest of Brisbane with approximately 1,500 residents

    Locum placement for a Fellowed SMO / GP with current Emergency Department experience at Blackall Hospital and MPHS from 13 July to 24 July 2026.

    Must be a Fellowed GP/SMO with current Emergency Department experience. Required documents: Certified CV, two referee reports (within 12 months), 3 forms of ID, current ALS2 certificate, and current QH Scope of Clinical Practice (SoCP) letter. Mandatory Queensland Health Aged Care Check required.
