Governance and Assurance lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assurance & Governance Lead to join a leading Global Insurance Broker within the Operations Controls function . This is a first line of defence role, ideal for a hands-on professional with practical experience delivering governance and assurance activity across complex operational and regulatory programmes.

The role will focus on strengthening governance frameworks, embedding assurance processes, and driving operational compliance , while providing oversight and direction to stakeholders across multiple workstreams. This is a permanent role , offering long-term exposure to high-profile regulatory and operational initiatives.
