Google Workspace Engineer (M/F/D)

Locations: European teams in Stuttgart, Berlin, Cologne and Lisbon; international locations in Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City, and Ho Chi Minh City. Travel between locations is possible.

Core Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and support Google Workspace rollouts worldwide.
• Focus on ensuring the long‑term success of projects by optimizing workflows and automating processes.
• Provide Level 3 support to the helpdesk, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop innovative solutions to streamline Level 2 support workflows.

Who You Are (Qualifications) :

• Familiarity with the Google Docs ecosystem from both a user and admin perspective.
