Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Google Paid Marketing Manager to drive bookings, leads, and brand visibility for our hospitality and wellness properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
Drive room bookings, retreat sign-ups, spa services, and website inquiries through paid campaigns.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Ensure seamless website integration, event tracking, and funnel tracking.
Monitor and optimize performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Conduct keyword research focused on hospitality, wellness, retreats, and luxury experiences.
