Google Ads Specialist (AI + Automation)
**Location**: Mérida, Yucatán **Type**: Full-time | On-site (Monday to Friday) **Salary**: MX$25,000 - MX$40,000 per month, based on ability
We are looking for a sharp, high-output Google Ads Specialist to manage and improve search and performance campaigns for medium to large vacation rental management companies across the United States.
This role is not for someone who only knows how to launch ads.
We want someone who understands performance, moves fast, thinks clearly, and uses AI and automation as part of their daily workflow.
You will be responsible for helping drive qualified traffic, leads, and bookings through Google Ads while building smarter internal processes around campaign research, reporting, optimization, creative testing, and account management.
You should be comfortable working with data, making decisions quickly, and communicating clearly with clients during reporting calls and retained work meetings.<...
