Job Description
【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常检查、维护及保养工作，确保其正常运行；
2、及时响应并处理工程维修需求，解决水、电、空调、管道等系统故障；
3、协助完成酒店装修、改造及设备安装等工程项目的实施；
4、定期巡查酒店公共区域及客房设施，发现问题及时上报并跟进处理；
5、按照安全规范操作设备，确保工作环境符合安全标准；
6、记录维修及保养工作日志，定期提交工作报告；
7、配合其他部门完成临时性工程任务，保障酒店运营顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的工程维修技能，熟悉水电、空调、管道等系统优先；
2、能独立完成常见设备故障的排查与维修；
3、工作认真负责，具备较强的动手能力和问题解决能力；
4、有团队合作意识，能适应轮班工作制；
5、持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、焊工证等）者优先；
6、无经验者可接受培训，但需具备学习意愿和适应能力。
