Job Description
Designation- GM - Project Management
Location - Chennai
Roles and Responsibility:
Lead and manage all ongoing projects to ensure they finish on time and within budget.
Oversee the procurement team to ensure timely purchasing and vendor management.
Handle key client communications, build strong relationships, and address concerns.
Work closely with project teams to support daily operations and solve problems.
Resolve project escalations quickly by coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Develop and improve company processes for better efficiency and growth.
Monitor project budgets and report progress to top management.
Build a strong team environment and encourage collaboration.
Will be taking care of the projects in the South region predominantly (TN, Andhra, Telangana and Kerala).
Qualification:
Bachelors/ Diploma degree in Civil or interior and Architect.
Experience in handling multiple projects in Civil or interiors at a ...
