Global Tender & Proposals Lead

Thales Solutions Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Bid Manager in Singapore to lead tender activities, ensuring successful and profitable growth. The candidate will coordinate internal and external teams while being responsible for finalizing proposals and transitioning to project management.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of relevant experience and skills in project management, financial analysis, and negotiation. The role is based at Changi and offers working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
