Global Technical Product Development Manager

The manager will lead the early stage ideation, development and execution of a global dermatology category portfolio, from concept to market launch. The manager will drive innovation, ensure market competitiveness, and work closely with local and global Category marketing and insights teams to build product and brand strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Global Category Strategy Development: Lead the development and manage comprehensive global category strategies for specialist skin care and hair care, including, but not limited to, suncare, scalp health, atopic dermatitis, eczema, acne and psoriasis, aligning with business goals and R&D; objectives.
