Global Tax Manager — IPO Readiness & Cross‑Border Expertise

Addi in Colombia is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the company’s tax function across Colombia, the US, and Cayman Islands as it transitions toward IPO readiness. You will own the consolidation of the ETR, work with EY and KPMG, and build a competitive, compliant tax operation.

The role requires Colombian tax expertise, cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Treasury, and Legal, and the ability to defend positions with strong documentation. Conversational English is required.
