Advantage - Active Jobs is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition for a global mining company in Santiago, Chile. This role will drive the implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy and manage a team responsible for high-quality recruitment and internal mobility processes.

The idóneo candidate will have 11–15 years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, and strong knowledge of labor legislation. Advanced English and the ability to travel within Chile are also required.
