Global SuccessFactors HR Solutions Consultant | Remote

Drees & Sommer is seeking an experienced IT project manager to support and advance SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Compensation, Employee Central and Story Reporting within a dynamic HR landscape.

You will help shape global processes like remuneration rounds and workforce planning, moderate workshops, and collaborate with software development, finance, BI and IT operations to drive successful implementations. Fluent English (C1) is required, and a degree in IT/Business is preferred.
