Global Strategy Deployment Lead - Manufacturing

Roche Basel seeks a Strategy Deployment Manager to translate Pharma Technical vision into actionable long- and mid-term plans. You will align the PTM network with Pharma and PT goals, fostering a unified direction across sites and functions.

In this role you will own roadmaps, oversee governance and budgets, support site deployments of new capabilities and PPQs, and lead risk management for the PTM organization across the network.
