Position Summary:
We are seeking a Global SAR Lead with Tier-1 manufacturer experience to lead our wireless compliance strategy and drive the evolution of our global laboratory network. This role will oversee global SAR/RF exposure requirements (FCC, RED, carriers), advance automation across existing labs, expand regulatory capabilities into new markets (, Mexico), and provide technical leadership to regional teams to support global client development.
Qualifications
1. Global Compliance & New Market Expansion
- Regulatory & Carrier Governance: Ensure full compliance with FCC, RED, ISED, and carrier-specific SAR requirements.
- New Country Access: Lead the strategy and execution to establish SAR capabilities and compliance pathways in emerging markets, including expansion into new countries.
