Senior Business Operations Specialist - Sanction Operations**What you will do**You will oversee the end-to-end sanctions screening process across Klarna's Europe, UK, and Asia-Pacific operations, ensuring high-quality execution within an outsourced delivery model. You will act as the primary point of accountability for vendor performance, maintaining strong operational standards, managing escalations, and stepping in to handle complex or sensitive investigations when required. In this position, you will continuously improve processes, frameworks, and controls to ensure compliance with evolving sanctions regulations.
