Global Quality Engineering Lead

Plasticos Castella SA in Jalisco, Mexico seeks a Direct Quality Engineer to lead the quality function within the assigned manufacturing area, driving maximum efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm while supporting global customer accounts.

You will recruit and interview Quality Engineers and Technicians, mentor the team, set measurable goals, and oversee process improvements, training, documentation, and corrective actions across the site.
