Job Description

IntouchCX is seeking a Quality Assurance / Training Manager to deliver extraordinary results for our clients. Working closely with multiple departments, this role identifies opportunities, develops solution plans, coaches team members and ensures key metrics are achieved.

You will lead a global staff, oversee QA and training programs, conduct audits, calibrations, and performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement through data driven feedback and best‑practice sharing.
