About the Role
We are looking for a Global Process Owner – Marketing Excellence to define, govern and continuously improve global marketing processes from customer awareness through Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL).
This strategic position owns the end-to-end marketing engagement process and works closely with Sales Excellence to ensure scalable, customer-centric commercial processes across international markets.
Your Responsibilities
Marketing Process Ownership
Own the global marketing engagement process.
Design and continuously optimize end-to-end marketing workflows.
Develop and maintain the global process roadmap.
Ensure standardized documentation, governance and compliance.
Drive process adoption across headquarters and international affiliates.
Customer Lifecycle Management
Define and optimize the customer lifecycle framework.
