Global People Operations Specialist - Hybrid & Impact

Carbon Health Technologies Inc. seeks a People Operations Specialist to support 1300+ employees across the US, Colombia, and other hubs in a fast-paced startup.

You will handle inquiries via HR ticketing, maintain records, and drive process improvements while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and Managers. You will contribute to a positive culture, ensure compliance, and support audits and reporting as part of a dynamic People Operations team.
